1. Conference Participation

• Non Residential Registration fees include access to:
  • All scientific sessions
  • Trade exhibition
  • Inaugural function
• Delegates must carry a government-issued photo ID for verification during registration at the venue.
• Online transactions are subject to an additional 3% convenience charge over and above the registration fees.
• The organizing committee shall not be liable for changes in conference date, venue, or format due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
• The organizers are not responsible for delays in postal communication or electronic delivery failures.
• Fees are Non-Residential Registration fees only.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No cancellations or refunds are allowed after successful registration.
• Registration is non-transferable and applicable only to the individual registered.
• In the event the organizers cancel or reschedule the conference, information will be communicated via email and published on the website.
